45 and working until 3 in the morning?

Well I thought my days of staying up until all hours were over. That's just not the case when you decide to start a new business I guess. There have been a few times (ok, more than a few) lately that I have gotten out of bed in the middle of the night to work at my computer because my brain was buzzing. But last night, I actually got up and got dressed and drove myself to the office at 11:00pm and worked until 3:00am.

I got a lot done, but it was a weird feeling to be in the office in the middle of the night all by myself. It's now 8:30am and after getting a couple hours of sleep, I'm back here again and working. The funny thing is, I'm not even that tired. At least now when I stay up all night, I don't have a hangover so I'd say that's the first improvement.

The more important improvement though, and what's keeping me so excited, is the new business itself. As if my plate wasn't already full with Schumann Construction and the new Home Staging Division, along with my family and everything else, I decided to try to change the world.

I'm not doing it alone. I have three wonderful women changing the world with me. I can't spill it all just yet, but I will... Right now I have to go work on those changes and my new exciting (mid-life) challenge.

More soon...
